Got the exchange sorted without much trouble, but had to wait way too long for the refund to come through. Worked out in the end, just took longer than expected...

To be fair, some of the pieces are really comfy and I can see myself wearing them a lot. A couple just fit tighter than I expected, so it was a bit of a mixed experience for me. I wouldn’t say they’re bad at all, just maybe worth double-checking the sizing before ordering.

My Ruti order was mostly fine, but one of the items showed up in the wrong color. Not the end of the world, but that part was weird and a little annoying. Shipping was fine, and everything else matched what I picked.

I’ve noticed I tend to reach for things that match my usual day-to-day style, and these designs fit that pattern perfectly. They look great without feeling like too much, and they just work with my everyday vibe.

My order showed up later than expected, which was a little annoying, not gonna lie. But once it got here, everything was in good shape, so at least there’s that. Overall, not a disaster, just wish the shipping had been quicker.

I’ve ordered from Ruti a couple of times now, or maybe it was three? I can’t remember which order came first, but I’ve been happy each time. I got a top that was perfect for a dinner out, and then some pants that somehow work for the office but also for running errands. The fit was really nice without feeling too dressed up. I was happy that Ruti actually had the pants I wanted in my size. So many sites show something and then it’s sold out once you click thru, which is super annoying. This was easy though, the inventory seemed up to date and checkout went through fine. Nice not having to search around forever for once.

I popped in looking for jeans and the staff helped me right away. They actually listened to what I wanted and found a pair I really love. Compared to other stores where I usually have to hunt around on my own, this was way easier and a much better experience.

i mean, the loyalty program is fine. I’ve earned some points from my orders, and it does help a little here and there. But it takes a while before the rewards actually feel worth it, and the tiers are kind of confusing. It’s not bad, just not as useful as I was hoping.

I grabbed a couple of Ruti pieces before a work trip, mostly hoping they’d make packing easier. The pants actually did well in my suitcase and didn’t come out super wrinkly, which was a big win.
The tops were comfy enough for the plane, but one of them felt a little bulky/heavy once it was in my bag. The sizing was also kind of all over the place for me, so I ended up returning one thing after I got home.

Overall, they’re decent for travel, just not quite as effortless as I wanted. I’d probably buy again if they were on sale, but I don’t think I’d pay full price...

I’ve found a few ruti tops and pants that I really like for putting outfits together, they’re comfortable and the quality is mostly really nice. But some of the styles feel a little too specific for everyday wear, at least for my closet. I just wish more of the pieces were easier to mix in with things I already own.

I ordered the blue top and the color looked pretty much the same as the photos. That was what I was hoping for, so I’m happy with it

Overall, I had a good experience with the updates. The messages were easy to understand, and most notifications came through quickly. There were a few times when they arrived a bit later than I would’ve liked, but it wasn’t a huge issue

I ordered from Ruti before a weekend trip and, i was pleasantly surprised. The clothes worked really well for that awkward in-between weather where you’re cold in the shade but sweating five minutes later. They’re not the most exciting pieces I’ve ever bought, but in a way that’s kind of the point, they’re easy to wear and actually useful.

The sizing was close to what I expected, and the package arrived without any drama, which is always nice. I like that I can wear one of the tops now with a jacket and probably on its own once it warms up. Overall, a solid 5 stars from me.

I really liked the style of this, but the fit ran bigger than I expected. I ended up having to do an exchange, and I’m kind of tired of dealing with customer service stuff lately, so that part was a little annoying. Overall it’s not bad, just wish the sizing had been more accurate.

I really like the look of ruti’s clothes, but I’m wondering if anyone else feels like the fabric quality is a little hit or miss. Some pieces are super soft and drape really nicely, while others feel thinner than I expected for the price. They’re comfortable overall, so it’s not like I’m unhappy, but I do wish the materials felt more consistent across the board. Not bad, just not quite amazing either...
